Even MOAR animations! --- Work in progress of some random dragon taking off; the lull between loops is all the blank frames I have yet to fill in~
Some kid in class saw me working on it and told me to stop bein' so good in his face hurrdurr
Fun Fact~ I had to animate the wings backwards (starting from the last frame shown above and going back to the first). When I started off it was just going to be a four-legged creature walk cycle, but it evolved into a dragon taking off about halfway through~
DAAAAAANG!!!!! You do know you're ahead of your class right now right? The head turn is perfect, the wings stay consistent throughout the animation, and the tail is pretty good too! The walk is a little off though; take a look at these walk cycles [link] (I love these tutorials) and [link] (just watch the leg position in relation to each other) Four-legged walks are 2 two-legged walks put together. One more thing, the rule # 2 of the 12 Principles [link] "Anticipation" Before lifting off the ground, the dragon should crouch down a little, the wings held high, then lift off the ground when the wings take that first flap. It'll make it look more believable. That's all I got. Oh, and continue bein' good in his face! Lol XD I can't wait to see it when it's finished!
